Overview

The Recruiter at GoHealth360, LLC will manage the talent acquisition process, focusing on attracting and hiring top-performing employees in the healthcare marketing and call center services industry.

In Short

Assist with managing talent acquisition.
Post jobs and ads in select locations.
Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels.
Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants.
Manage all stages of the recruitment process.
Create exciting recruiting tactics to attract employees.
Draft job descriptions as needed.
Schedule interviews and attend job fairs.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

MUST have 2 monitors.
8 GB of system memory.
i3 processor or higher.
Fiber or high-speed internet of at least 20MBPs.
Windows 10 with Google Chrome web browser installed.
USB headset.
Malware and virus-free/protected computer.
Skype account.
Valid government-issued ID/driver’s license.
