Overview

The Recruiter is a key consultant and critical partner in recruiting, hiring, placement, and job growth for all positions within the organization, ensuring alignment with core values.

• Partner with hiring managers to determine selection criteria for open positions.
• Create and develop effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Recruit quality talent through targeted active and passive sources.
• Facilitate the application process and pre-employment assessments.
• Conduct candidate pre-screen interviews and provide summaries to hiring managers.
• Provide coaching on interviewing and candidate feedback.
• Consult with leadership to ensure best-qualified candidates are selected.
• Monitor onboarding activities with HR support.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events.

Requirements

• AA or undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Strong ability to source candidates through various methods.
• Proficient in resume screening and conducting evaluations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in maintaining records.
• Experience in organizing recruitment events.
