• Align People Team practices with Logos’ goals.
• Remote position with occasional office visits preferred for candidates in Puebla.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidates.
• Maintain an organized applicant tracking system.
• Facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
• Coordinate efforts for the People Team.

Requirements

• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in sourcing strategies across Mexico and the U.S.
