Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote

Logos is a purpose-driven tech company dedicated to building technology solutions that equip the church to grow in the light of the Bible. We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with deep experience in eCommerce, conversion optimization, and scalable digital design systems.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end UX design for eCommerce experiences.
• Design and maintain a component library in a CMS.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries.
• Optimize mobile commerce experiences.
• Mentor junior designers.
• Stay up-to-date on eCommerce trends.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proven experience building custom components within a CMS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact eCommerce design work.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of IA, interaction design, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
