Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and providing exceptional talent through proactive communication.

In Short

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders.
• Review candidates via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and determine next steps.
• Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques.
• Engage candidates through various communication media.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide updates.
• Assess candidates and issue skills testing as needed.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and provide regular reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years recruiting experience.
• Experience with recruitment technologies and social media tools.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles related to talent acquisition.
