In Short

  • Develop and manage key strategic partners to drive channel bookings.
  • Create go-to-market partner strategies for Cyara’s platform.
  • Align with regional sales AVPs on partner strategy and execution.
  • Establish a vision for partner pipeline generation.
  • Deliver partner revenue targets and develop plans for achieving quotas.
  • Identify correct buyers for Cyara's solutions.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Cyara.
  • Negotiate effectively to secure contracts and purchase orders.
  • Build strong relationships with partners’ executive teams.
  • Become a thought-leader in CX assurance and automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strategic partner management or direct sales experience.
  • Experience with NTT and Cap Gemini is a plus.
  • Track record of new business development and overachieving sales targets.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent listening skills.
  • Hunter mentality with proven sales process success.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Experience with US-based partners.
  • Understanding of the CX space is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
