We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team, preferably based on the West Coast or in Pacific Time, to build and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers.

In Short

  • Own customer outcomes and ensure each customer receives value from Cyara’s solutions throughout their lifecycle.
  • Articulate measurable ROI to key stakeholders and executives.
  • Negotiate long-term renewals with secured revenue uplift.
  • Manage the entire customer journey, including professional services engagements.
  • Build adoption and value plans for customer success and growth.
  • Deliver insights for improvement and expansion based on customer usage.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues.
  • Organize regular customer check-ins and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Identify new opportunities and grow revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Role.
  • Excellent customer experience delivery.
  • Experience managing large, multinational accounts.
  • Confidence in presenting to senior executives.
  • Strong program management and analytical skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or telecoms.
  • Knowledge of testing and the software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is desirable.
