Overview

The Director of Product for CX Assurance will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Cyara’s CX assurance products, focusing on contact centers, digital communications, and agentic AI assurance.

In Short

• Define and evolve the CX assurance product strategy aligned with customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap.
• Engage directly with customers to understand CX challenges.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition to ongoing optimization.

• Enable sales and marketing teams with clear product positioning.

• Drive backlog prioritization using a risk- and value-based approach.
• Ensure products are designed for enterprise scale and performance.
• Experience in enterprise or SaaS product management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise or SaaS product management.
• Strong background in customer experience (CX).
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of modern communication channels.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products.
