Foxen is seeking a proven Director of Product to own and advance Foxen’s most vital product initiatives from concept to scale. This high-impact role involves shaping the long-term product vision, mentoring a team, and driving execution to expand customer value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in fintech, insurtech, or proptech.
• Experience leading and hiring high-performing teams for at least 4 years.
• Success in scaling products from early stage to hyper-growth.
• Experience in managing complex external partnerships.
• Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Engaging verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Preferred: Proficient in SQL.
