Overview

As a Senior Partner Manager at Cyara, you will develop and manage key strategic partnerships that drive consistent channel bookings and create go-to-market strategies to promote Cyara’s platform.

In Short

  • Establish a vision for partner pipeline generation.
  • Deliver partner revenue targets and develop plans for achieving quotas.
  • Maintain planning tools for cross-functional discussions and deal reviews.
  • Identify buyers for Cyara's solutions and services.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Cyara.
  • Negotiate effectively with customers for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Secure contract agreements and purchase orders.
  • Expand sales opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Build strong relationships with partners’ executive leadership teams.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader in CX assurance and automation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strategic partner management or direct sales experience.
  • Experience with Verizon or AT&T is a plus.
  • Proven track record in new business development.
  • Strong executive presence and listening skills.
  • Hunter mentality with sales process success.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage relationships.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with US-based partners; EMEA/APAC experience desirable.
  • Understanding of the CX space.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
