Overview

As a Lead Recruiter at Stand Together, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and recruiting top marketing and communications professionals to advance the organization's mission.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Marketing & Communications and Music, Sports, and Entertainment roles.
• Work directly with hiring leaders to understand job requirements.
• Conduct behavioral and skillset-based interviews.
• Utilize tools like Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates.
• Engage in outbound sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain high-touch communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Make strategic recommendations based on market knowledge.
• Innovate the screening process and candidate experience.
• Document all recruiting activities accurately.
• Build trust and rapport with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong enthusiasm for Stand Together's mission and values.
• Ability to creatively source candidates.
• Experience working with hiring leaders to translate needs into effective searches.
• Strong judgment in making strategic hiring recommendations.
• Executive presence when working with leaders.
• High level of business acumen.
• Success in building relationships with partners.
• Experience in recruiting within Marketing/Communications or entertainment is a plus.
