In Short

• Work closely with the India Managing Director on overall India Centre activities.
• Serve as the key point of contact for India leadership and external vendors.
• Facilitate India executive steering committees for alignment with strategic priorities.
• Deliver clear communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Help India engineering managers focus on technical contributions.
• Align India teams with worldwide processes and metrics.
• Develop comprehensive project/product roadmaps with key milestones.
• Track project performance against KPIs.
• Champion digital initiatives and best practices across departments.
• Establish a robust risk-mitigation framework.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the software industry.
• Experience in product development organizations preferred.
• Deep understanding of enterprise-class software delivery.
• Experience as Project/Program Manager in product development.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Technical knowledge of engineering tools preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
