Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist at Xplor will play a key role in onboarding new clients onto the Mariana Tek platform, ensuring a seamless experience and successful launches.

In Short

• Manage onboarding processes from start to finish.
• Spearhead all client communications.
• Translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Consult clients on technical best practices.
• Configure platform settings based on client specifications.
• Create mobile applications for clients.
• Assist with onboarding process improvements.
• Conduct quality assurance testing.
• Analyze data using Excel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or customer service.
• Extremely well organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communicator across various platforms.
• Highly analytical with strong data skills.
• BA or BS preferred.
• Experience in a startup or SaaS company preferred.
• Familiarity with Wordpress, Squarespace, HTML, CSS, JS preferred.
