Overview

As a Payments Support Specialist III at EverCommerce, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical and operational assistance to our integrated partners, utilizing your expertise in payment processing and API integration.

In Short

  • Provide advanced support for EverCommerce Payments' integrated partners.
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to payments.
  • Assist partners with API-related questions and configurations.
  • Submit JIRAs for system issues and bugs.
  • Handle escalated partner cases with a focus on resolution.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Monitor and respond to queries in Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for team improvements.
  • Deliver training materials and support new hire training.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of payment processing and the credit card industry.
  • Experience in customer support or technical assistance roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with API integration and fraud management.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA and SalesForce is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
