Overview

The Payment Support Specialist at ALIS is responsible for providing first-line support for clients using ALIS Pay, ensuring a seamless payment processing experience in the Assisted Living space.

In Short

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients to ALIS Pay.
  • Troubleshoot client issues with guidance from senior team members.
  • Monitor support tickets and route complex issues appropriately.
  • Maintain and organize client profiles for accuracy.
  • Assist with transaction tracking and basic reporting.
  • Participate in internal training and maintain documentation.
  • Engage in proactive communication regarding system updates.
  • Collect and track key metrics related to client performance.
  • Provide feedback to improve product and services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in payment processing or financial workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of the full payments life cycle.
  • Comfortable with client-facing communication.
  • Experience with payment workflows and CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
