Overview

The Client Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in helping clients transition to ALIS software, focusing on the healthcare sector.

In Short

• Consult on Resident Assessments for the ALIS Resident Evaluation Tool.
• Manage and maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Train clinicians on using the ALIS evaluation tool.
• Assist clients with ALIS-related clinical issues.
• Create customized project plans for client onboarding.
• Travel required for client visits and training.

• Must have previous experience in SaaS onboarding within healthcare.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Nurse Practitioner.
• 2+ years in EHR or clinical SaaS implementation.
• Experience with G-Suite and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel for client visits.
• Technologically savvy and solution-oriented.
• High integrity and commitment to client relationships.
