Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for a range of accounting duties, including the preparation of financial statements, management of accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

In Short

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Analyze general ledger balances
• Lead daily accounting activities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with accounting software like Sage Intacct

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Experience in SaaS industry
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms
