Overview

The Product Specialist at ALIS is responsible for understanding the ALIS software and the assisted living industry, scoping new features, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product offerings.

• Learn the ALIS Software and the assisted living industry.
• Scope new features and functionality based on client and internal team requirements.
• Create user interface mock-ups using low-fidelity tools.
• Collaborate with teams to refine product designs.
• Communicate product updates to Client Services and Onboarding teams.
• Manage feature flow and wish-list items.
• Participate in product rollouts and client onboarding.
• Travel to client locations for feature rollouts as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a SaaS environment.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Passionate about creating user-friendly web applications.
• Visual problem solver with an investigative mindset.
• Basic project management skills.
• Enjoys teamwork and problem-solving.
• Interest in technology and systems.
