The Client Onboarding Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for live clients, ensuring exceptional service and effective onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in client onboarding or customer support.
  • Knowledge of MTLS and TLS certificates.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Postman, Splunk, Apigee.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset in a dynamic environment.
