Overview

As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Tekambi, you will work closely with clients to ensure they are getting the most value from our products for the lending industry and other verticals.

In Short

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
  • Provide customer support and technical solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Educate clients on platform features and configurations.
  • Monitor client engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with development teams to meet client needs.
  • Compile necessary assets for onboarding.
  • Implement training sessions for client teams.
  • Drive continuous value of products.
  • Ensure quality of work and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Understanding of pipeline revenue and sales cycle management.
  • Proven interpersonal management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Previous SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the lending industry is a plus.
