Zigzag is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team!

In Short

• Fixed night shift 9PM to 6AM Manila time, Monday to Friday
• Work from home
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services
• Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness
• Ensure a positive Customer Experience
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Recommend potential products or services to management
• Update internal databases with information about technical concerns

Requirements

• At least 3 years of extensive Customer Support/Customer Service experience
• Experience with Google products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate and adapt to various nationalities and business cultures
• Able to interact with fortune 500 companies professionally
• Attention to Detail
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
