• Lead a team of 4 Finance Administration Assistants.
• Maintain a mid office system (Tramada) for an ASX listed company.
• Provide exceptional customer service to independent travel agents.
• Manage daily banking and financial processes.
• Conduct monthly end-of-month processes and audits.
• Automate reports and processes for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and controls.
• Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain high-performing finance teams.
• Focus on process improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Finance experience (CA or equivalent preferred).
• Experience in the travel industry and with Tramada or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service standards.
• Experience in managing finance teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills).
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for process improvement.
