The Account Executive will be responsible for selling public housing software solutions, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software sales experience
  • Experience in government sales and the RFP process preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus
  • Initiative-taking and competitive mindset
  • Ability to manage detailed RFPs
  • Experience in client management and software support
  • Ability to travel for client relationship building
