In Short

  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to improve lead quality.
  • Cultivate relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities.
  • Contribute to the growth of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Identify trends to optimize sales approach.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software sales experience, preferably in startups.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for renewable energy transformation.
  • Proactive and flexible mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
