Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide front-line technical expertise across hosted environments, taking ownership of escalated issues related to Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, MSIX App Streaming, SQL performance, and application deployment pipelines.

In Short

  • Provide tier 1 and 2 support across Azure-hosted environments.
  • Resolve technical issues related to various IT services.
  • Assist with CI/CD pipeline management and automation.
  • Work with server technologies including IIS and Active Directory.
  • Document, track, and improve support processes.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and Product teams.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Support cloud migrations and environment upgrades.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or systems roles.
  • Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and SQL troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Octopus Deploy.
