Client Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Veta Virtual, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients feel supported and confident from day one, guiding them through the onboarding process and making their experience seamless.

In Short

• Welcome and launch new clients primarily within the first 60 days.
• Ensure clients have a smooth start and understand the onboarding process.
• Set up clients in CRM and contact center software.
• Diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during onboarding.
• Manage onboarding process improvements and documentation.
• Collaborate with CX, sales, operations, and tech teams.
• Facilitate live sessions on platforms like Zoom.
• Assist in building client scripts and booking forms.
• Encourage innovative thinking and new ideas.
• Participate in team meetings and training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in client experience or account management.
• Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools.
• 2+ years of experience with No Code applications like Zapier.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS or virtual receptionist industries is a plus.
• Adaptability and learning agility.
• Ability to set boundaries and negotiate effectively.
• Technical proficiency with cloud-based platforms.
