Overview

As an Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist, you will take full ownership of revenue operations for our Financial & Accounting Services client, ensuring smooth financial operations from quote to cash.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end revenue operations from quotes to collections.
• Take ownership of accounts receivable and improve collection efficiency.
• Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate revenue reporting.
• Optimize platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in accounting roles focused on Accounts Receivable.
• Proven experience managing the full revenue cycle.
• Familiarity with startup accounting practices.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe.
• Bonus: familiarity with Slack, Google Sheets, and other financial tools.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Exceptional communication skills around financial topics.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• General awareness of AI in accounting (a plus).
