As an Executive Assistant – Property Management, you will be the right hand to an executive, ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are meticulously tracked and followed through in a fast-paced property management environment.

In Short

  • Function as the executive’s second brain, managing tasks and priorities.
  • Attend meetings and property walkthroughs, capturing key actions.
  • Track hundreds of small but critical tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Proactively follow up with teams and stakeholders on action items.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking priorities and deadlines.
  • Support email and calendar management for efficient scheduling.
  • Assist with various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Bring structure and clarity to a detail-heavy environment.
  • Work closely with leadership in real-time.
  • Be proactive and anticipate needs without waiting for direction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with follow-ups and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Excellent note-taking and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working closely with leadership.
  • Experience in calendar and email management.
  • Proactive mindset and reliable internet access.
  • Full-time availability required.
