Accounts Receivable Specialist - Revenue Operations (Night Shift) - Remote

In Short

• Support the expansion of Offline Revenue by providing invoicing, collections, and cash application support.
• Work closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Shared Services, and Enterprise Customers.
• Manage accounts receivable operations end-to-end, ensuring accurate invoicing and contract reviews.
• Compile and analyze quote to cash data for reporting and insights.
• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Knowledge of AR operations including subscription billing and collections strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems and accounting ERPs.
• Open to working night shifts to support global operations.

• Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, or Zuora.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
