• Flock Safety is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

• Maintain accurate collections notes and assist with cash application duties.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel is preferred.

• Salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing/accounts receivable.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAAS billing preferred.
• Ability to analyze datasets in Excel.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with escalated matters is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
