Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our finance team at JLL. The AR Specialist will manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

In Short

• Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments.
• Process and apply customer payments accurately.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams for revenue recognition.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Continuously improve AR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset.
