Accounts Receivable Specialist - Revenue Operations (Night Shift) - Remote

Overview

As part of our Revenue Operations team, this role will support the expansion of Offline Revenue (Enterprise) by providing invoicing, collections, and cash application support.

• Support the expansion of Offline Revenue (Enterprise).
• Work closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Shared Services, and Enterprise Customers.
• Manage accounts receivable operations end-to-end.
• Compile and analyze quote to cash data.
• Experience in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Know the ins and outs of AR operations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Open to working night shifts Tuesday - Saturday.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting or business administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, quote-to-cash, or a similar finance role.
• Knowledge of AR operations, including subscription billing and invoice management.
• Analytical and proactive with a knack for spotting inefficiencies.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Accounting ERPs.
• Comfortable navigating revenue platforms and contract management systems.
• Ability to work US hours (CST timezone).
