Veta Virtual is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support Facilities and Compliance teams in property management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

In Short

  • Send building-wide memos and tenant updates.
  • Coordinate move-ins/outs and access controls.
  • Schedule inspections and maintain compliance calendars.
  • Track inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate vendor access for maintenance.
  • Organize finishes spec-sheets for reference.
  • Prepare compliance paperwork for NYC Agencies.
  • Manage violation reviews and prepare for hearings.
  • Follow up on tasks until completion.

Requirements

  • 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Comfort with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
