Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be assisting across the portfolio, communicating directly with the Property Management department and providing support in various administrative duties.

In Short

  • Assist Property Management department with administrative tasks.
  • Draft and distribute correspondence and memos.
  • Manage tenant and vendor relations.
  • Organize and maintain documents for tenants, clients, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and insurance requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor access and contracting processes.
  • Support property managers with inspections and work orders.
  • Conduct research and handle special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate contact information in the CRM.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality performance.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Background in the Real Estate Industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents such as leases.
  • Experience with MRI and Nexus is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Professional appearance and interaction with tenants.
  • Ability to write clear, professional reports and correspondence.
