Overview

The Payments Support Specialist at Sauce is responsible for managing customer payment issues, ensuring accurate records, and collaborating with various departments to resolve payment-related inquiries.

In Short

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding payment issues and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes related to payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level payments support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address payment-related issues.
  • Utilize Sauce Dashboards, Stripe, HubSpot, and Slack during your shift.
  • Manage incoming tickets, emails, and general tasks.
  • Provide assistance to Customer Care, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
  • Report directly to the Director of Finance Operations.
  • Work a 5-day work week with a 9-hour shift and a paid lunch hour.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle disputes and complaints effectively.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.
  • Proficient in using tools like Stripe, HubSpot, and Slack.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Available to work a full-time schedule.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
