Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Sauce is responsible for ensuring the long-term success of restaurant partners by providing support throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.

In Short

  • Own the book of SMB restaurant accounts.
  • Manage account health, usage, and renewals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Drive adoption and ROI by training operators.
  • Run data-driven business reviews and health checks.
  • Advocate for customers and route insights for improvement.
  • Serve as an escalation point for urgent issues.
  • Collaborate with onboarding for smooth go-lives.
  • Share metrics and trends with various teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing restaurant or hospitality accounts.
  • Deep understanding of delivery logistics and restaurant economics.
  • Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot and Excel/Sheets.
  • Data-driven, organized, and proactive problem solver.
  • Clear communicator and active listener.
  • Experience with distributed teams is a plus.
  • Genuine passion for helping local businesses.
