Onboarding Agent - Remote

Overview

The Onboarding Agent will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant customers to the Sauce platform, ensuring a successful setup and building strong processes for customer engagement.

In Short

• Onboard new restaurant customers to the Sauce platform.
• Work closely with Sales & Customer Success teams.
• Proactively reach out to restaurant owners during onboarding.
• Assist with live help requests from Customer Success and Sales.
• Organize tasks and manage onboarding ticket board in Hubspot.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant customers.
• Experience with restaurant industry is preferred.
• Work mainly on Hubspot, Slack, and Google My Business.
• Maintain a flexible work environment.
• Full-time position with a 9-hour shift.

Requirements

• Strong B2B communication skills.
• Some sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus.
• Quick learner with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with restaurant industry owners and managers is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Aircall, and Slack is a plus.
• Personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.
• High-speed internet connection required.
• Working webcam and headset with microphone.
