Overview

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Sauce, you will turn customer data into personalized campaigns that drive reorders, retention, and long-term customer value, focusing on email and expanding into SMS and push notifications.

In Short

  • Manage audience segmentation and targeting using behavioral and transactional data.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution for Marketplace and Direct teams.
  • Design lifecycle journeys with triggered flows for various customer interactions.
  • Optimize campaigns through constant experimentation and testing.
  • Report on key metrics and share insights to prioritize effective strategies.
  • 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing required.
  • Proficiency in ESP tools like SendGrid, Klaviyo, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with creative writing abilities.
  • Basic HTML and light SQL skills are a plus.
  • Flexible work environment with competitive compensation.

Requirements

  • Hands-on lifecycle or email marketing experience.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable audience lists.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting.
  • Execution-first mindset with a balance of creativity and analysis.
  • Self-starter capability is a plus.
