As Step’s CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will help build and grow new engagement touchpoints to set the next generation up for financial success.

In Short

• Develop a best-in-class lifecycle and CRM strategy.
• Own the execution of email, in-app, and push campaigns.
• Identify new CRM trends and implement best practices.
• Leverage consumer insights to develop new hypotheses.
• Build out segmentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage external CRM agency partners.
• Stay updated on Gen Z culture to inform marketing ideas.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2C lifecycle and CRM marketing.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Braze.
• Excited about building programs from start to finish.
• Curiosity for solving difficult problems.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with good collaboration skills.
• Experience with HTML preferred.
