Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, Banking, you will own the end-to-end development of our banking products, shaping the roadmap to align with Step’s broader business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer fintech.
• A track record of scaling consumer credit products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep customer empathy and a passion for building valuable products.
• A proactive, outcome-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Background in software engineering or data analytics.
