Product Manager - Banking - Remote

Overview

Found is building tools that give self-employed people the security and peace of mind that has historically only been possible at big corporations. We’re looking for an exceptional product manager to join the Found team and take over ownership of a core area of Found's product experience.

In Short

• Build & maintain the roadmap for the Banking product.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance.
• Drive OKRs and quarterly goal-setting.
• 8+ years in a PM capacity required.
• Experience in payments or money movement is essential.
• Data-driven prioritization bias.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Experience with ACH transfers and reconciliation.
• Owner mindset advocating for the customer.
• Interest in financial services and self-employment.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a PM capacity, leading end-to-end user-facing product development.
• Direct previous experience working on payments or money movement.
• Track record of building 0 → 1 business opportunities.
• Strategic thinker with a business-minded approach.
• Data-driven prioritization bias.
