In Short

• Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams for personalized communications.
• Monitor and analyze key lifecycle metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Manage and improve CRM strategies across various channels.
• Optimize the onboarding process for customer engagement.
• Support retention initiatives including win-back campaigns.
• Work closely with data teams to refine marketing tactics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital healthcare marketing.
• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing and email campaign management.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and email automation tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Deeply passionate about functional health and root-cause medicine.
