This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and drive value through customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell and up-sell initiatives. Reporting to our Director of Lifecycle Marketing, the ideal candidate will collaborate with internal business partners across the organization to execute the company’s customer engagement strategy.

In Short

  • Be a thought leader in customer engagement, driving strategy and innovation across lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert in advanced marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud)
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience roadmap for automated, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, from ideation to launch to ongoing optimization
  • Define and own goals, benchmarks, and KPIs for lifecycle marketing programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and impactful engagement strategies
  • Design and execute complex A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continually optimize campaigns and improve key performance metrics such as conversion, retention, and lifetime value
  • Lead efforts to generate and interpret weekly and monthly analytics reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Drive strategy and execution for promotions and partner marketing initiatives to maximize customer engagement and value
  • Own and refine operational processes to enhance team efficiency and campaign delivery
  • Stay ahead of advancements in marketing automation technologies (e.g., Marketing Cloud) and ensure the company remains at the forefront of lifecycle marketing best practices

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a demonstrated track record of driving significant performance improvements and growth
  • Advanced expertise in marketing automation platforms, with Marketing Cloud strongly preferred
  • Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel, data-driven lifecycle marketing programs at scale
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and recommendations
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while collaborating across various teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • BS/BA degree preferred
