Overview

NinjaTrader is seeking an innovative and strategic Influencer Channel Manager to manage influencer initiatives within the fast-paced fintech industry, responsible for building a robust influencer program that increases user acquisition and drives trust in products.

• Develop and execute scalable influencer marketing strategies.
• Identify and segment influencer partners in the active trader audience.
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure content adheres to standards.
• Onboard influencers across various platforms.
• Negotiate campaign terms and maintain partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management.
• Work with compliance/legal on disclosures and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing to integrate influencer content.
• Define and track campaign KPIs.
• Analyze content performance and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of influencer marketing experience in fintech.
• Strong grasp of financial content and compliance.
• Proven success in regulated environments.
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with performance-driven influencer campaigns.
