Overview

The Manager of Lifecycle Marketing will own and evolve customer messaging strategies across email and SMS channels, focusing on building lasting relationships and driving revenue while maintaining brand quality.

In Short

  • Own and develop a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy across email and SMS channels.
  • Build and optimize email journeys for new customers and engage them post-purchase.
  • Lead the development of the SMS marketing program.
  • Design and launch a loyalty/referral rewards program.
  • Maintain a testing and optimization program across all initiatives.
  • Analyze email and SMS program performance focusing on conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Performance Marketing, Customer Service, and Retail teams.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong experience with ESP platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
  • Track record of maintaining high deliverability rates.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude).
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Experience with email development and HTML/CSS.
