Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives, focusing on optimizing the customer journey from acquisition through retention.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing successful lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription business models.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Amplitude, and Google Analytics is a plus.
