Overview

The Onboarding Agent at Sauce is responsible for onboarding new restaurant customers to the Sauce platform, ensuring a successful setup and a smooth onboarding experience.

In Short

• Onboard new restaurant customers to the Sauce platform.
• Work closely with Sales & Customer Success teams.
• Proactively reach out to restaurant owners.
• Utilize Hubspot, Slack, and Google My Business.
• Handle live help requests from Customer Success and Sales.
• Stay organized with onboarding tasks and issues.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant customers.
• Assist in upselling new products during onboarding.
• Maintain a high standard of communication and attendance.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong B2B communication skills.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus.
• Organized and quick learner.
• Experience with restaurant industry owners is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Hubspot and Slack is a plus.
• Personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.
• High-speed internet connection required.
• Working webcam and headset with a microphone.
• Preferred dual monitor setup.
