Onboarding Assistant - Remote

Overview

This position supports TrueLark, a recently acquired brand under the Weave umbrella. While you’ll be employed by Weave, your work will directly contribute to the TrueLark product and team.

In Short

• Support the implementation of TrueLark for appointment-based businesses.
• Manage onboarding workflows and coordinate internal tasks.
• Ensure accounts are configured and ready for launch.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists and Engineering teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing before transitioning accounts.
• Work remotely from India during U.S. Pacific business hours.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication skills via Slack, email, and virtual meetings.
• Ability to manage onboarding workflows across multiple client accounts.
• Comfort with technical systems and business management software.
• Experience in onboarding, customer support, or implementation roles.
• Must be available to work during California Pacific Time.
