Overview

As an HR Onboarding Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.

In Short

  • Sending job offers to selected candidates in a timely manner
  • Coordinating the sending of onboarding forms and ensuring they are completed accurately and promptly
  • Sending employment contracts to new hires
  • Verifying and validating pre-employment requirements
  • Facilitating the ordering and processing of background checks through our third-party vendor
  • Accurate data entry of employee information into the HRIS and timekeeping system
  • Sending welcome emails and onboarding communication to new hires, providing them with essential information and resources
  • Assisting with other HR tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
