Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

InSite Realty Advisors is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Active Adult (AA) portfolio. The Operations Analyst will be instrumental in analyzing and managing the operational aspects of over 100, 55+ active adult apartment communities. This role will primarily focus on data management, operational analytics, and maintaining accurate records of rent and pricing data for the AA Portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in operations analysis or related field within the real estate industry.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally.
